How is the nutritional information for each menu item calculated?

What’s included in each box?
Your box will include all the ingredients you need to cook the recipes of the week, until the exact last pinch the exception of some pantry staple foods: salt and pepper, olive and vegetable oil. The ingredients are individually packaged to ensure freshness and divided into portions to reduce preparation time.
Can food allergies be accommodated?
Our ingredients are packaged in nut, peanut, wheat and soybean facilities. We recommend that you use your best judgment if you are considering becoming a Silver Client, especially if you have a severe food allergy.
To help you make the most informed decision possible when selecting your meals, each recipe includes a breakdown of the main ingredients of the recipe, information on macronutrients and any of the eight major FDA allergens.
Do you have meal plans for specific diets?
On our weekly menu page, Vosqe recipes are based on types of vegan foods of plant origin.
To talk more about that, our culinary team works to create a variety of recipes that suit many different lifestyles. Each recipe in our menu contains a list of each ingredient included in each recipe, so you can see exactly what you are getting before ordering.
How do you get your ingredients?
In Vosqe we prioritize the supply of certified organic ingredients, high quality and seasonal.
How do I access my recipes?
Recipe cards can be downloaded to your account on the desktop or in the application from the day of delivery of each box.
How long will the food be kept fresh?
Our boxes are designed to keep the ingredients fresh on the day of delivery.
Can I modify my box or skip weeks?
Menus are weekly and cannot be modified.
You can skip and cancel the weeks you want, and you will not be charged for the weeks you have skipped.
To change your account settings (i.e., weekly delivery day, parts of the plan and days of the plan), visit the Account Settings page in the upper right corner.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Account page. However, if you have a box marked "Confirmed" when you cancel, it is already being processed. You will still receive and be billed for this delivery. All other upcoming frames will be canceled.
You can reactivate your account on the same page at any time in the future!
I would like to change something in my general account! How can I do that?
To change something in your account, go to the Settings page of your account. Please note that any changes to your account settings, such as an update of the delivery address, flavor profile or plan size, will apply to all future open boxes.
All confirmed, billed or processed boxes will continue to have the previous configuration, since it is already locked in our system. Be sure to adjust updates of this nature before the confirmation deadline for your next chart, which is 6 days before 12 noon.
My box was delivered later than expected. Can I still eat the food?
Our insulated boxes are designed to keep your food fresh until midnight on the day of delivery. If you receive your box after this deadline, we ask that you use your best judgment.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can buy for new and existing Vosqe customers.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Please note that recipients of the gift card must create an account to redeem this gift card.
Is my box recyclable?
Vosqe delivery boxes are fully recyclable. All our plastic bottles can be recycled. Keep in mind that Vosqe is continuously working to make your packaging more sustainable and with LESS plastic possible.
